Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an internal audit framework and methodology that aligns with regulatory standards, industry best practices and Startline’s strategic objectives
- Create and maintain an audit universe and methodology and agree an annual audit plan using a risk-based approach.
- Execute the approved audit plan with precision and integrity, conducting thorough audits, presenting clear and actionable findings, and securing agreement on recommendations and remedial actions with key stakeholders.
- Maintain excellent stakeholder relationships across Startline, acting as a credible advisor and partner to business units, senior management and external stakeholders to promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
