Job Description

Are you an analytical, curious and commercially minded auditor looking to make a real impact in a global organisation? Aramark UK is seeking a proactive Internal Auditor to join our UK Audit team, providing independent assurance across a diverse and dynamic business.

Based in our Leeds office with hybrid working, this is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a complex organisation—delivering meaningful audit work, investigating control risks, and influencing senior stakeholders. You’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of operational and head‑office environments, contribute to the annual audit plan, and support continuous improvement across the UK business.

If you're looking for a role where your insight is valued, your development is supported, and your work can genuinely strengthen how we operate, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a permanent, full time role which will be a remote position based ideally in Leeds. The postholder will be required to travel as and when required to fulfil the role.

What's in it for you:

  • Competitive salary + package
  • Remote permanent position
  • Generous annual leave that increases in line with service, with the opportunity to buy extra
  • Life assurance and pension scheme
  • Benefits app: access to 100s of discounts, free mortgage advice, cycle to work scheme, health cash plans, online GP appointments, and our Employee Assistance Programme
  • FOOD! Opportunities to attend in-house events and try the culinary genius of our teams (we are a food business after all!)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
