Internal B2B Sales Executive
Liverpool

Are you someone who thrives on building relationships, having commercial conversations and turning opportunities into sales?
We're looking for a confident and commercially driven B2B Sales Executive who enjoys being in a highly sales focused environment and knows how to build relationships that lead to results.
This is a role for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, speaking to customers, understanding their needs and confidently identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and win new business.

The Role
You'll join an established and successful business where you'll have the opportunity to build strong customer relationships, grow existing accounts and identify new commercial opportunities.
You'll be trusted to take ownership of your customers, understand their business and become a valued point of contact.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing and developing relationships with existing B2B customers.
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales and introduce additional products and services.
- Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Handling inbound sales enquiries and converting opportunities.
- Speaking confidently with customers by phone and email.
- Understanding customer requirements and recommending the right products and solutions.
- Building long term commercial relationships with customers.
- Maintaining accurate customer and sales information on the company's systems.
- Keeping up to date with market conditions, customer needs and industry trends.
- Working towards and achieving agreed sales targets and KPIs.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is confident, commercially minded and genuinely enjoys working with people.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in B2B sales, account management or a similar commercial role.
- Confidence building relationships and communicating with customers at different levels.
- A natural ability to identify opportunities and turn conversations into sales.
- A proactive, resilient and target driven approach.
- Strong commercial awareness and a genuine desire to achieve.
- Excellent telephone and communication skills.
- The confidence to have challenging or commercial conversations when needed.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- A driving licence.

What's on Offer?
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
- Salary of £26,000 to £33,000, depending on B2B sales experience.
- Annual bonus based on business performance.
- 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service.
