We're now looking for a driven Internal Business Development Manager to join our office-based team in Monument (City of London).
What You’ll Do:
- Build strong relationships with commercial finance brokers, accountants, and other introducers
- Drive inbound and outbound sales activity to generate loan applications
- Support transactions through the full sales funnel - from enquiry to funding
- Collaborate with the wider team to deliver a seamless client journey
- Work towards KPIs in a fast-paced, supportive environment

What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (financial services preferred) or a high flying graduate willing to learn from the ground up in a supportive, high achieving environment.
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with Teams/Zoom calls and managing sales pipelines
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-focused
- Knowledge of Financial Accounts and an aptitude to read behind the numbers
- Based near Monument (London) - full time
