Internal Communications Specialist
We’re partnering with a leading transport company for an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to lead how they engage, inform, and inspire people. You’ll work closely with leaders across the organisation to deliver clear, engaging and meaningful communication.
What you’ll be doing:
Bringing our story to life
- Deliver engaging internal communication campaigns aligned to strategy and culture
- Turn business updates into clear, compelling content
- Own internal messaging end-to-end and continuously improve through data and feedback
- Develop and implement an internal communications strategy

- Manage and improve internal channels (Teams, intranet, email)
- Create toolkits and resources to support managers
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in internal or corporate communications in a complex environment
- Travel, Transport or hospitality sector experience preferred
- Strong writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to deliver campaigns and support change communication
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint or intranets
