Are you an exceptional internal communicator who can find the story in any subject and create communications that make an impact?
We're looking for a talented, hands-on Internal Communications and Engagement Officer to help shape how we connect with more than 2,000 colleagues across Merton Council.
This is an exciting opportunity to help deliver our internal communications strategy, launch new channels, strengthen leadership communications, and build an engaged, informed and connected workforce.

We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has at least four years' experience in internal communications, ideally in a large, complex organisation
- Is a self-starter with energy, initiative and a fresh perspective
- Has exceptional writing and storytelling skills
- Can develop and deliver impactful communication and engagement plans
- Is creative, proactive and confident working with senior leaders
- Can shoot and edit engaging video content to bring stories to life
- Loves finding new ways to engage staff and create content that resonates
