Are you a natural storyteller who knows how to engage people and bring strategy to life through great communication?

We’re looking for an Internal Communications Consultant to lead our internal communications channels, create compelling content and help colleagues feel informed, connected and inspired. You'll work across the organisation, partnering with leaders and teams to deliver clear, engaging and accessible communications that support colleague engagement and organisational performance.

What you'll do

  • Lead our internal communications channel strategy, including our intranet and all-colleague communications.
  • Create impactful content across a range of channels and audiences.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing expert communications advice and support.
  • Support and engage leadership communities, helping leaders communicate with confidence and impact.
  • Measure the effectiveness of communications and use insight to continuously improve engagement.
