We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative Internal Communications Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys storytelling, creating engaging content and helping colleagues feel informed, connected and involved in the work we do.

What you’ll be doing

Working closely with the Internal Communications Manager, you'll help deliver engaging internal communications across the organisation. You'll find and share stories from colleagues around the world, write and publish content for our intranet, coordinate regular internal updates and support the delivery of communications that bring our global workforce together. You'll also help organise virtual events, webinars and Town Halls, create multimedia content, review engagement analytics and continually look for ways to improve how we communicate with colleagues. Through your work, you'll help promote CWGC's CARE Values and support colleagues in understanding our organisational priorities and achievements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
