We're looking for an enthusiastic Internal Communications Coordinator to join our Marketing & Communications team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a communications professional who wants to make a real impact, helping to shape how we communicate our strategy, values, culture and vision across a global organisation.
Working closely with our Internal Communications Manager and wider teams, you'll create compelling content, support employee engagement initiatives and help colleagues stay informed and be inspired during a period of transformation and growth.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Internal Communications Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering communications and engagement activities that connect employees across our global business.
- Creating clear, engaging and impactful communications across a variety of channels including email, intranet, internal social media and video.
- Supporting the launch and promotion of business strategy, company values and key organisational initiatives.
- Transforming complex information into simple, engaging messages tailored to different audiences.
- Coordinating employee engagement activities, events and campaigns across virtual, hybrid and in-person environments.
- Supporting leadership, HR, Finance, IT and other business functions with internal communication needs.
- Managing communications projects and ensuring activity is delivered effectively and on schedule.
- Working with external agencies, designers and creative partners to develop communication materials.
- Supporting change and transformation communications, helping colleagues understand and engage with business developments.
- Monitoring engagement metrics and recommending opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with stakeholders around the world.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a proactive and confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, creating engaging content and managing multiple priorities.
- 2-4 years' experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Marketing Communications, Content Creation or a similar role.
- Strong copywriting, editing and storytelling skills.
- Experience creating content across a range of digital communication channels.
- Experience coordinating events, campaigns or employee engagement activities.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.

Location & Hybrid Working
This role is based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, with an expectation of approximately three days per week onsite.
- Occasional travel may be required to support business activities and team events.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business or a related discipline.
