What You'll Be Doing

As our Internal Communications & Culture Co-ordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping colleagues informed, engaged and connected.

You'll

  • Coordinate and publish engaging internal communications across a range of channels including newsletters, SharePoint, Viva Engage and digital signage.
  • Manage communication schedules and planners, ensuring key messages reach colleagues at the right time.
  • Monitor communication performance and engagement metrics, turning data into meaningful insights.
  • Support culture, wellbeing, inclusion and colleague engagement initiatives across the business.
  • Help deliver internal events, conferences, webinars and colleague campaigns from planning through to execution.
  • Assist with engagement surveys, reporting and feedback analysis to help shape colleague experience.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, becoming a trusted contact for communications and engagement support.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, collaborative and enthusiastic about creating great colleague experiences.

You'll Ideally Have

  • Experience coordinating communications, events, engagement activities or business administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive approach and the confidence to build relationships across all levels of the business
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce reports
  • A genuine interest in internal communications, culture, employee engagement and colleague experience
