Company Introduction
At TTC, our purpose is simple. We enrich lives by connecting people and places.
For more than 100 years, our travel brands have created extraordinary experiences for customers around the world. Today, we're building on that heritage with the ambition, curiosity and pace to shape what comes next.
We're investing in our people, products and platforms, strengthening our culture and building an organisation that's ready for the future.
Communication has an important role to play in that journey. It's not simply about sharing information. It's about creating understanding, building trust and helping colleagues connect our strategy and purpose with the part they play in delivering them.
That's why we're investing in Communications & Engagement. And that's where you come in.
You'll be joining TTC at an interesting moment. We have more than a century of heritage, extraordinary travel brands and a clear ambition for what comes next. Not everything is already defined, and we think that's part of the attraction.
The Role
This is a role for someone who wants to do more than deliver communications.
You'll be a trusted adviser to leaders and teams across TTC: someone who gets close to the business, understands what needs to be achieved and turns complexity into communication that helps people understand, connect and take action.
You'll own communications partnering for assigned divisions and Group functions while leading a portfolio of Group-wide Communications & Engagement priorities. Your work could span organisational change, leadership communication, culture, colleague engagement, campaigns, events and digital innovation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Some days you'll be advising a senior leader on how to communicate through change. Others you might be shaping a campaign, interpreting colleague insight, developing a leadership narrative or rolling up your sleeves to create something brilliant.
You'll have autonomy, visibility and the opportunity to influence how we communicate across TTC.
We're looking for someone who is comfortable with that responsibility: curious enough to ask good questions, confident enough to offer a point of view and practical enough to turn ideas into action.
Our Values
- You Value Every Voice: you listen before you communicate. You seek different perspectives, ask thoughtful questions and create space for others to contribute.
- You Act with Integrity: you communicate honestly, clearly and fairly. You exercise good judgement, handle sensitive information with care and are prepared to have constructive conversations when something could be better.
- You Explore Beyond Boundaries: you're curious about the business, people and the world around you. You look beyond the obvious answer, bring ideas and enjoy finding better ways to do things.
- You Own the Outcome: you take responsibility and create momentum. You work out what needs to happen, bring the right people together and see things through.
- You Succeed Together: you build strong relationships without ego. You share ideas, ask for help when you need it and help others succeed.
What Will You Do?
- Own communications partnering for assigned divisions and Group functions, building strong relationships with leaders, People Partners and subject matter experts, and turning business needs into thoughtful communication and engagement strategies.
- Lead a portfolio of Group Communications & Engagement initiatives, taking work from initial thinking through to delivery and evaluation, spanning organisational change, leadership communications, colleague campaigns and engagement, values and recognition, internal brand and digital communications, and colleague events and experiences.
- Play an important role in TTC's colleague listening programme, using Pulse Surveys, focus groups, listening sessions and the Communications Champions network to understand what colleagues are thinking and experiencing, and work with leaders to turn insight into visible action.
- Create and commission communication that is clear, human and engaging, choosing the right message, channel and format for the audience, and manage editorial planning across your portfolio.
- Use data, colleague feedback and channel insight to understand what's working, demonstrate impact and continually improve the approach, and explore how AI and emerging technologies can make us better.
- Help colleagues understand where TTC is going, why it matters and what it means for them (Clarity); equip leaders to communicate confidently, consistently and authentically (Cascade); bring one TTC story to life across divisions, functions and brands (Consistency); and help colleagues feel informed, listened to, involved and connected (Connection).
