Role Summary
This role is responsible for leading the delivery of internal communications that help colleagues understand Xoserve's strategy, priorities and transformation journey, strengthening engagement, culture and organisational performance.
Working closely with leaders and teams across Xoserve, the role helps ensure colleagues are informed, engaged and connected, supporting a positive employee experience and the successful delivery of business priorities.
Responsibilities
Internal Communications
- Plan and deliver internal communications aligned to business priorities.
- Partner with teams across Xoserve to develop effective communications approaches.
- Ensure communications are clear, timely and audience-focused.
- Coordinate communications for Pulse Calls, All Hands Meetings and other internal engagement sessions.
Change Communications
- Lead communications supporting transformation and change initiatives.
- Help colleagues understand the purpose, progress and impact of change.
- Support successful adoption of organisational change.
Content, Channels & Insight
- Create engaging content across internal channels.
- Manage and improve internal communication channels and approaches.
- Gather colleague feedback and use insight to improve effectiveness.
Culture & Employee Experience
- Support communications that reinforce Xoserve's values and culture.
- Share stories that celebrate success and showcase colleague contributions.
- Support leaders with communication plans, briefings and key messages.
- Strengthen leadership visibility and connection with colleagues.
Specialist/Technical Expertise
Essential
- Significant experience in internal communications, employee engagement or corporate communications roles.
- Proven experience developing and delivering internal communication strategies and plans aligned to business objectives.
- Strong change communications experience, supporting organisational transformation and adoption of change initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging messages.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders to develop communication plans, briefings and key messages.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience planning and delivering colleague engagement activities, including all-hands meetings and leadership events.
- Strong content creation skills across multiple communication channels, including intranet, email and presentations.
- Ability to use colleague feedback, engagement data and insights to shape communication activity and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience supporting organisational culture initiatives and communicating company values, purpose and priorities.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.

- A relevant professional qualification in Internal Communications, Communications, Public Relations or Marketing.

This is a hybrid role based in our Solihull office, with a minimum of two days per week working onsite.
