We are delighted to be partnering with our client, a growing and category-leading consumer brand in their search for an Internal Communications Lead.
This is a high-profile role that will suit a confident, strategic communicator who can turn complex priorities into clear, engaging stories that resonate with a large and diverse audience.
The Role:
- Lead communications and engagement for colleagues across the business
- Translate complex change into clear, practical messaging across multiple channels
- Partner with senior leaders to shape engagement strategies
- Use colleague insight and feedback to improve communications and engagement
- Build trusted stakeholder relationships and advise leaders on change communications
- Develop campaigns across digital, face-to-face and frontline channels
- Support leaders and managers to communicate change effectively

- Experienced in leading communications for significant change and transformation programmes
- Confident working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
