Bedfordshire (Hybrid) - Full time - £75-85,000 DOE plus benefits
I’m working on a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Internal Communications professional to join a well known, fast paced consumer facing organisation.
This is a senior, hands on role leading high impact, colleague communications and engagement campaigns across a large, diverse workforce. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders and People teams to turn business priorities into clear, compelling communications that build understanding, connection and pride.

You’ll lead campaign planning and delivery, help shape the internal communications strategy, support leadership visibility, embed the employee proposition, and manage an Internal Communications Manager.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Extensive internal communications experience
- A strong track record of delivering strategic, people focused campaigns
- Confidence advising and influencing senior stakeholders
- Excellent writing, planning and project management skills
- Experience communicating with dispersed, operational or frontline audiences would be particularly useful
