If you're at your best when the message is complex, the stakes are high and people need clarity fast, this is your moment. Hiring for a reputed client, you'll help lead strategic internal communications during an intense transformation period—building confidence, reducing uncertainty and keeping leaders and employees aligned across multiple workstreams and global stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead internal communications activity supporting a major business transformation programme
- Develop and deliver communication and engagement plans across multiple stakeholder groups
- Translate complex business information into clear, engaging narratives for employees and leaders
- Partner with programme, change, HR and business leaders to deliver impactful messaging
- Coordinate communications across programme, functional and country teams to keep plans joined up and consistent
- Create audience-specific content and briefing materials (leadership, manager and employee audiences)
- Measure communication effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to best-in-class templates and processes within the international communications team
- Support activity linked to the proposed joint venture with Verizon, ensuring messaging is timely and understandable

What You'll Bring
- Proven experience delivering major, complex transformation programmes (internal/change communications)
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence at all levels—including challenging stakeholders
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including planning and presentation creation
- Strategic thinking and strong planning ability—comfortable managing multiple priorities and changing timelines
- Change communications expertise, with a clear focus on adoption and engagement
- Confidence breaking down corporate and technical language into employee-friendly, inclusive communication
- Resilience and sound judgement on sensitive, high-profile work—independent delivery with excellent feedback
