Titan Wealth

Titan Wealth is a fast-growing wealth management business, both in the UK and internationally. It has evolved a fairer, more efficient and effective business model, structured to deliver leading advice-led wealth management services, giving financial advisers and their clients the best opportunity to fulfil their dreams and ambitions.

We provide a dynamic work environment full of opportunity, one where both individual and team initiative and contribution is encouraged, so that together we can deliver better outcomes for our clients over the long term.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Internal Communications Manager to join our growing team in a newly created, high-impact role that will own and shape the internal communications function at Titan Wealth from the ground up.

Working closely with senior leadership, including ExCo, you will develop and deliver a best-in-class internal communications strategy that keeps our people informed, engaged and aligned, particularly through periods of growth and change.

This role requires a confident communications professional with at least 5+ years’ experience who has delivered strategic internal communications programmes end-to-end, partnered effectively with senior stakeholders, and brings a strong understanding of channels, messaging and engagement best practice.

You will be a natural storyteller, passionate about bringing the “One Titan” narrative to life across a diverse and geographically distributed workforce. A marketing qualification is not essential, but relevant hands-on experience is critical; whilst financial services experience is not required, a background in a regulated environment would be advantageous.

We are open to candidates based outside London, however there is an expectation to be regularly present in the London office given the senior stakeholder exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and own the internal communications strategy, ensuring it supports Titan's broader business objectives, values and culture
  • Build and manage a structured annual communications calendar aligned to business milestones, people moments and strategic priorities
  • Establish frameworks, channels and processes that enable timely, consistent and effective communication across the organisation

Content & Channels

  • Write, edit and produce high-quality communications across a range of formats — including all-staff emails, leadership messages, intranet articles, briefing materials, video scripts and presentations
  • Own and manage Titan's internal channels (intranet, email, messaging platforms), ensuring they are engaging, up to date and fit for purpose
  • Develop and evolve a tone of voice for internal communications that is authentic, clear and reflective of our culture

Leadership & Change Communications

  • Act as a trusted communications partner to the Executive Leadership Team, providing strategic counsel and drafting support for key leadership messaging
  • Lead communications planning and delivery for organisational change programmes, including acquisitions, integrations, restructures and new business initiatives
  • Manage sensitive and complex communications with discretion, sound judgement and empathy

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
