Location: Hybrid

Salary: Up to £52,500 depending on experience with discrentionary annual company bonus (based on company performance)

We’re looking for a creative Internal Communications Manager to help shape how we connect with our colleagues across the business.

Sitting within our small but mighty HR team, you’ll take the lead in bringing our strategy, vision and culture to life through compelling storytelling and impactful communication.

This is your chance to influence how over a thousand colleagues experience Buzz Bingo making sure every message is clear, meaningful, and engaging.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing and delivering an internal communications strategy that inspires, connects and engages our teams
  • Creating standout content across emails, newsletters, intranet and social platforms
  • Partnering with Marketing to ensure consistent messaging internally and externally
  • Leading communications during change initiatives and crisis situations
  • Supporting leaders to communicate with clarity, confidence and impact
  • Managing and evolving our internal communications platform
  • Analysing engagement metrics to continuously improve effectiveness
  • Planning and delivering events and engagement initiatives
  • Collaborating across departments to keep everyone aligned and informed

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in internal communications within a large organisation
  • Strong digital communications and channel management experience
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
  • Experience supporting change communications
  • Event and engagement delivery experience
  • Confidence working cross-functionally and building strong relationships
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on delivery mindset
  • Experience in CSR/ESG communications (a bonus)
  • Background in leisure, retail, or hospitality (helpful, but not essential)
