Internal Communications Lead
Our client, a well-known brand in financial services, are partnering with us to hire an internal communications manager due to additional demand.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Strong Benefits
Length: 6 months to 12 months – potential for permanent
Location: South Wales, Hybrid, flexible
You’ll lead the delivery and implementation of comms plans in your area, managing day to day use of comms channels. There are two roles available. One position is more focused on People Comms and one more Technology focused.
The role can be flexible on time in office but 3 days in person at the beginning of the contract is highly desirable so you can build relationships with key stakeholders face-to-face.

Must be available for an October start
We are Looking For:
- Proven internal communications experience within complex organisations.
- Experience in financial services or a regulated environment is highly desirable, though backgrounds of doing comms in other large businesses would be considered.
- Strong delivery skills across multiple communication channels.
- Confident stakeholder manager, providing clear and practical advice at all levels.
- Experience supporting and developing others to build capability.
- Excellent communication skills, translating complex information into engaging messages.
- Good understanding of internal communication channels and best practice.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, able to manage competing priorities.
- Collaborative, pragmatic and detail-oriented, with sound judgement.
