Internal Communications Manager
Our client, a well-known brand in financial services, are partnering with us to hire an internal communications manager due to additional demand.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Strong Benefits
Length: 6 months to 12 months – potential for permanent
Time in Office: Hybrid, ideally 3 days in to start with more flexibility ongoing
Must be available to start in September or early October at the latest

- Proven internal communications experience within complex organisations.
- Experience in financial services or a regulated environment is highly desirable, though backgrounds of doing comms in other large businesses would be considered.
- Strong delivery skills across multiple communication channels.
- Confident stakeholder manager, providing clear and practical advice at all levels.
- Experience supporting and developing others to build capability.
- Excellent communication skills, translating complex information into engaging messages.
- Good understanding of internal communication channels and best practice.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, able to manage competing priorities.
- Collaborative, pragmatic and detail-oriented, with sound judgement.
