About the Role

Reporting to the Internal Communications Manager, you will plan, deliver and evaluate internal communications activity across a range of channels. You'll create compelling content, provide expert communications advice, and help ensure messages are communicated clearly, consistently and effectively across the workforce.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a motivated communications professional with:

  • Experience developing and delivering internal communications within a large organisation.
  • Experience using data, insight and evaluation to improve communications activity and channels.
  • Strong content creation skills across digital, print and face-to-face communications.
  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging and accessible messaging.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to work with colleagues at all levels, including senior leaders.
  • Creative thinking and an eye for design, branding and visual communication.
  • Experience working collaboratively across teams to deliver integrated communications.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint and other relevant digital communication platforms.
