This is a 2-year fixed-term contract.
How You'll Impact
- Owner of our global intranet. You will take editorial responsibility for our global intranet platform, built on WordPress, keeping content accurate, engaging, and easy to navigate while making sure processes and guidelines are consistently followed. You will also help further develop the platform in the age of AI, evolving it in line with the organization’s changing needs and exploring new ways to make internal information more accessible, relevant, and useful.
- Turning insights into better communications. You will use tools such as Google Analytics to monitor the performance of our internal channels and content, translating data into actionable insights to continuously improve reach, engagement, and impact.
- Driving effective email communications. You will work with our CRM and email communications tools to manage and optimize internal campaigns, monitor email performance, and use engagement data to continuously improve how we reach our audiences.
- Voice behind our corporate messaging. You will craft corporate announcements and edit regional and global communications, as well as all-staff emails that land clearly and resonate.
- Creating impactful communication touchpoints. You will also lead the ideation of lock-screens and coordinate their company-wide roll-out together with IT.
- Trusted partner across the organization. You will work closely with our BST departments and consulting colleagues to uncover and shape the stories behind our internal initiatives, building strong relationships and ensuring our communications are relevant, consistent, and professional.

What You'll Bring
- You bring three to five years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a similar role, backed by a relevant degree.
- You write clearly and confidently, turning complex topics into compelling, easy-to-follow messages for a broad, international audience.
- You are comfortable working with a content management system such as WordPress, and enjoy shaping everyday intranet content as much as high-visibility leadership communications. CRM Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
- You have experience developing storylines for presentations and slides, with a good instinct for tone, format, and channel.
- You build trusting relationships across a matrix organization, working confidently with stakeholders at every level to keep messaging consistent and professional.
- You bring a structured, analytical approach, using communication metrics to continuously refine and improve your work.
- Business fluency in English is mandatory.
