We are hiring for a leading FS Advisory Partner in an Internal Audit & Tech Risk Offering that is seeing huge demand across a huge network on Investment/Corporate Banks, Investment Management, and Insurance organisation. This includes from Tier 1 Global Organisations to National players and start-up organisations including the rapidly growing Fintech organisations.
I am working closely with a hugely successful National Partner in this area looking for Senior Managers who have specialised skills in any area of FS Internal Audit. They are looking for candidates who have developed a foundation Internal IT Audit and Technology Risk and advise Boards on key aspects of Cyber Security, IT Resilience, and IT Governance as it continues to evolve in all areas of Financial Services, across large and small institutions. Your skillset must go beyond External IT Audit and worked in the Channel 2 Advisory area in the above areas to be considered.

Your experience can be from consulting or from an Internal IT Audit or Technology Risk function of an FS Institution. My client is happy to offer a promotion for an experienced Manager from Consulting and open to someone from an Accountancy practice or a Management Consultancy like Protiviti, Accenture, or Davies Consulting as examples. They would also hire an experienced AVP from FS who has the above skillset as well.

You do not have to have a network or be qualified as you will be trained by a leading team in this space and work with leading Institutions that are partnering with the team all the time, they are well above targets in terms of revenue and growth. There will be huge scope to grow and make an impact in a smaller team where you could make Director in 12 months (£145k plus bonus) and Partner in 2-3 years (£200k plus bonus).
There is a flexible hybrid model, with flexible start times, and lots of scope to work from home.
