About the role
This is an unpaid internship position where you'll launch your career faster than you would in a traditional in-house role. Things move quickly here, and you'll be an integrated part of our internal marketing department from day one, making it a perfect opportunity if you've recently graduated or have limited experience in a marketing organization.
You'll coordinate projects closely with our Internal Content Creator Intern and report directly to our CEO. Alongside daily production and coordination work, you'll get hands-on exposure to how one of Copenhagen's most renowned B2B marketing agencies actually runs.
What you'll be doing:
- Plan, produce, and edit our monthly webinars, hosting guests or internal team members
- Record and produce bi-weekly podcasts for Marketing Corner
- Build an understanding of ABM (Account Based Marketing) and help build target lists of people and companies
- Assist with market research, gathering insights on customer behavior, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to inform our marketing strategies
- Support the setup of performance tracking systems and help analyze campaign data to measure effectiveness
- Coordinate dinners and online events, and help support GrowthForia, our annual conference
- Plan and schedule organic (unpaid) social media posts

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
