πŸš€ Engineering Support Specialist

Do you love solving technical challenges, collaborating with talented teams, and making a real impact on products used by customers every day? We're looking for an Engineering Support Specialist to join our team and help bridge the gap between Support, Engineering, and Product.

In this role, you'll investigate complex technical issues, work alongside engineering teams to drive defect resolution, and continuously improve the way we support our products. You'll play a key role in ensuring issues are understood, prioritised, and resolved quickly while helping shape better processes, documentation, and product improvements.

πŸ” What You'll Be Doing

  • Investigate & Resolve Issues

    • Tackle technical issues escalated from our Tier 2 Support team.
    • Resolve issues wherever possible without engineering intervention.

  • Analyse & Reproduce Defects

    • Investigate issues from multiple sources.
    • Reproduce defects and provide software engineers with clear, detailed reproduction steps.
    • Ensure defect tickets contain everything needed for fast and effective investigation.
  • Collaborate Across Teams

    • Partner with domain tribes and service teams to ensure issues reach the right people.
    • Help drive timely defect resolution across the business.
    • Keep communication flowing between Support, Engineering, and Product.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
