Internal Product Manager

Location: Remote (UK) / Bristol
Salary: Competitive
Reporting to: Product Leadership Team

Kallidus is a leading SaaS provider of learning, performance, and talent management solutions. Our award-winning platform helps hundreds of organisations worldwide empower their people to perform at their best, from simplifying compliance to driving skills development and measurable business outcomes.

We are a technology company, not just a company that "does technology". We build it ourselves, we own it entirely, and the people who lead that work have real influence over how it evolves. Come build, grow and make a difference! πŸš€

The Role

Are you a Product Manager who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, working with data, and creating better experiences for internal stakeholders?

We're looking for an Internal Product Manager to own and evolve the systems, tools, data capabilities, and processes that help Kallidus operate efficiently and scale successfully.

This is a unique product role where Kallidus is your customer. You'll apply product management principles to internal platforms and business systems, partnering with teams across the organisation to understand needs, prioritise opportunities, and deliver solutions that drive measurable business value.

You'll begin by leading the business side of a significant data platform initiative, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure our data capabilities meet the needs of the business. From there, you'll play a key role in improving Product Operations and ultimately take ownership of a broad portfolio of internal products, systems, and workflows.

If you're passionate about data, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and using product thinking to solve business problems, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the product lead for internal platforms, systems, tools, and business processes across Kallidus.
  • Own and prioritise a backlog of business requirements, balancing stakeholder needs with strategic objectives.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and define successful outcomes.
  • Lead requirements gathering for internal product initiatives, particularly around data and reporting capabilities.
  • Work closely with engineering, architecture, data, and operational teams to translate business needs into effective solutions.
  • Support the ongoing development and optimisation of our data platform, ensuring stakeholders can access meaningful insights and reporting.
  • Drive adoption, engagement, and continuous improvement of internal systems and tools.
  • Review and improve Product Operations processes, tooling, governance, and ways of working.
  • Define and monitor success metrics, reporting on outcomes, value delivered, and opportunities for further optimisation.
  • Manage competing priorities and make informed decisions that maximise business impact.
  • Champion product thinking and customer-centric approaches across internal teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
