Project Manager - Internal Projects

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + bonus

Are you an experienced Project Manager passionate about delivering high-impact initiatives within a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Edenred PayTech is seeking a driven Project Manager to join our Internal Projects team - a central function shaping and executing critical projects across Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Product.

In this role, you will lead complex, high-value projects from inception to delivery, partnering with diverse stakeholders to drive strategic business objectives and ensure quality and customer satisfaction are at the core of every outcome.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Own end-to-end delivery of new requirements across technical, legal, compliance, risk, and financial domains - guiding projects through acceptance, rollout, and ongoing support.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities, including resource management and budgeting.
  • Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks with clear controls, documentation, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve risks, issues, and blockers to keep projects on track.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, collaborating seamlessly with internal departments and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels—managing expectations, aligning priorities, and resolving conflict as needed.
  • Produce timely, accurate project status updates and governance deliverables.
  • Manage scope changes and change requests effectively, minimizing disruption.
  • Drive continuous improvement by sharing best practices and refining project methodologies with PM peers.
  • Influence and enhance project standards, templates, and tools; mentor junior PMs and peers.
  • Champion the evolution of Edenred’s project management methodologies, embedding industry best practices throughout the organization.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success managing full-lifecycle projects with strong project management expertise.
  • Experience working with Agile and hybrid/hybrid methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to distill complex issues and communicate clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and managing their expectations.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive independently in a fast-paced, technical environment.
  • Effective multitasker who can balance multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence teams toward successful delivery.
  • Positive, resilient, and solutions-focused mindset, adaptable to change.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with payment products or financial services.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, PROSCI, or MoR.
  • Proficiency with JIRA and other project management tools.
