Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) – Health & Social Care Level 5

Full Time | £34,100 + Benefits | Home-Based with Travel

Are you a qualified Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) with a background in Health & Social Care looking to support high-quality apprenticeship delivery?

The Role

As an Internal Quality Assurer, you will ensure the quality of teaching, learning, and assessment across Health & Social Care apprenticeships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality assure assessment practice in line with awarding body standards
  • Observe and support Assessors (Personal Development Managers)
  • Drive improvement through feedback and Quality Development Plans
  • Complete quality checks to ensure learner progression and timely completion
  • Support standardisation activities across the team

Requirements:

  • Relevant IQA qualification
  • Level 5 Health & Social Care (or equivalent preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with adults or elderly in Health & Social Care (Senior level or above)
  • Strong organisational, communication and IT skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
