Talent Acquisition Manager – Contract | London
📍 Stratford, London – hybrid, 3 days onsite per week
📅 Initial 5-month contract
💷 £19.06 per hour
We are staffing partners to a leading international education and cultural organisation seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to support recruitment across ongoing transformation programmes and day-to-day hiring.
This is a hands-on opportunity to own specialist and managerial recruitment, advise hiring managers, and help deliver an inclusive candidate experience within a global organisation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from vacancy briefing and sourcing through to shortlisting, interviews, and offer management.
- Build talent pools using direct sourcing, digital channels, and targeted attraction strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues, advising on recruitment approaches, timelines, and market conditions.
- Support selection processes associated with organisational change programmes.
- Use recruitment data to monitor pipelines, identify bottlenecks, and improve hiring outcomes.
- Promote inclusive attraction and selection practices that reach underrepresented candidates.
- Coach colleagues on recruitment best practice and contribute to process improvements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records for reporting, compliance, and audit.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven end-to-end talent acquisition experience, including specialist or managerial hiring.
- Strong direct sourcing skills and knowledge of digital recruitment channels.
- Experience delivering inclusive recruitment and diverse candidate pipelines.
- Confident stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and provide practical advice.
- Experience using recruitment metrics and market insight to improve delivery.
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system.
- Experience within a global matrix organisation, SAP SuccessFactors or a similar ATS, and a recruitment or HR qualification would be advantageous.
