Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager

CD Recruitment

Open to Permanent or Contract

Remote or can be based Surrey / Manchester

We are looking for an exceptional Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager to help us hire the next generation of recruiters into one of the highest-performing GTM recruitment businesses in the industry.

For nearly 30 years, CD has specialised in building the GTM teams behind some of the world’s fastest-growing AI, SaaS, Cyber and Data companies across North America, Europe and APAC.

We’ve made 19,000+ placements globally, helped build more than 1,000 companies through to exit, and continue to break revenue records year on year.

Now we want someone outstanding to help us keep raising the bar internally.

The Role

You’ll own internal recruitment across CD, identifying and attracting high-performing recruiters at every level - from ambitious graduates through to experienced consultants and senior hires. This is a proper headhunting role.

You’ll be expected to proactively map the market, approach passive candidates, build long-term talent pipelines and sell the CD opportunity with real conviction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
