We are looking for a talented Internal Recruiter to join us at Anson McCade to help accelerate our growth across both our London and Belfast offices.
We are a specialist IT executive search and headhunting company operating across the Technology and Capital Markets sectors. Founded in 2000, we are a tight knit group of consultants, all focused on delivering results for our world class clients. We work with a range of companies, innovative start-ups, to household names known across the globe. Operating from London, Belfast, Paris and Sydney, we have a global reach across the technology recruitment industry.
We are looking for an Internal Recruiter who will drive recruitment practices, you will be able to shape the development of the team and the processes behind our recruitment strategy.
As Internal Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the end to end recruitment process for all internal hires, including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, delivering feedback and managing candidates throughout the process
- Focusing on strategic contingency recruitment to ensure there is a strong pipeline of talent available at all times
- Use various recruitment methodologies, including proactive recruitment, to source talented individuals
- Training and onboarding of new consultants, delivering and facilitating the AMC Training Programme for all new starters
- Collaborate with nationwide universities to strengthen existing relationships to ensure graduate recruitment

Our New Internal Recruiter will have:
- You will have experience in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including writing adverts, completing screening calls, carrying out interviews, delivering feedback
- You will have knowledge of the onboarding and training of new employees
- You must have great excel skills with the ability to analyse data and report on results to senior leaders. Attention to detail and organisation are key within this role
- You will have used an HRIS, ATS or other CRM system in your previous role(s)
- Ideally, you will be from a recruitment background and have experience working within a recruitment agency
