We’re looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Internal Recruiter (Graduate Hiring) to join a growing Talent Acquisition team in Guildford.

This is much more than coordinating interviews and processing applications. You’ll play an important role in delivering graduate recruitment campaigns, engaging candidates, supporting hiring managers and ensuring every candidate receives a professional, positive experience. You’ll work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, supporting graduate hiring and the recruitment of experienced consultants within a fast-paced professional services environment.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be at the heart of the recruitment process, helping ensure the right people are identified, engaged and brought into the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Graduate recruitment: Supporting graduate hiring campaigns and managing candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Candidate management: Keeping candidates informed, engaged and supported from application through to onboarding.
  • Interview coordination: Organising interviews, managing diaries and communicating effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Applicant tracking: Managing candidate records and applications through the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Vacancy advertising: Posting job adverts across relevant job boards and supporting recruitment campaigns.
  • Candidate feedback: Providing timely, professional communication and feedback throughout the selection process.
  • Recruitment administration: Supporting reporting, onboarding and the smooth running of day-to-day recruitment activity.
  • Careers events: Representing the business at graduate careers fairs and recruitment events, helping attract future talent.
  • Continuous improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Developing your expertise: Building your skills in direct sourcing, employer branding and wider Talent Acquisition activities as your experience grows.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who combines a genuine interest in people with the organisation, initiative and professionalism needed to deliver an effective recruitment service.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Previous in-house graduate recruitment or early careers recruitment experience
  • Ideally 2–4 years’ experience in early careers hiring or a closely related recruitment environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset, with the confidence to take ownership and use your initiative.
  • Strong IT skills and confidence working with recruitment systems and digital tools.
  • A collaborative approach, a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) is desirable, particularly Pinpoint.
