About Virtue Vets
At Virtue Vets, we're reimagining what a visit to the vet should feel like.
We're building a different kind of veterinary group across London, where exceptional clinical care is matched by genuine hospitality, beautiful spaces and a better experience for pets and the people who love them. Every detail, from the design of our clinics to the way we welcome clients, has been thoughtfully created to make veterinary care feel calmer, kinder and more personal.
We're growing quickly, with ambitious plans to open 50 clinics across the UK and expand internationally. That means there's a real opportunity to join us at an exciting stage, make your mark and help shape the future of modern veterinary care.
If you're someone who enjoys building, improving and being part of something that's genuinely different, we'd love to hear from you.
ROLE – Internal Recruiter
We're looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to help us attract exceptional people as Virtue Vets continues to grow across London.
At Virtue Vets, we believe exceptional care starts long before a pet walks through our doors. It starts with the people we hire and the experience every candidate has throughout our recruitment process. That's why creating a thoughtful, engaging and professional candidate experience is just as important as finding the right person for the role.
You'll manage recruitment across both clinical and non-clinical teams, partnering with hiring managers to find great people who share our ambition to redefine modern veterinary care. From sourcing hard-to-find veterinary professionals to hiring for head office and support roles, you'll play a key part in building the teams that will shape our future.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, growing business where no two days are the same.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
