Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to plan for future hiring needs
- Act as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practices
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company policies
- Thrive in a dynamic workplace with shifting priorities
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., I-Trent or Eploy)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders
- Passion for finding top talent and driving success
