Internal Recruiter | London | Hybrid
£50,000-£60,000 DOE
We are partnering with a fast-growing specialist executive search firm within the technology space to appoint an Internal Recruiter to join their growing London team.
This is a hands-on role working directly with the Founders, taking ownership of internal hiring across the business, from junior Search Consultants through to experienced Consultants and senior hires.
The role will involve:
- Owning the end-to-end internal recruitment process
- Proactively headhunting active and passive recruitment professionals
- Using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, market mapping, and direct approaches
- Building strong talent pipelines across junior, experienced, and senior levels
- Managing interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding
- Providing market intelligence and salary benchmarking
- Supporting employer brand and recruitment initiatives
- Advising the Founders on talent and hiring decisions

About you:
We’re looking for someone with 1-3 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally with a background in internal recruitment, agency recruitment, or R2R. You’ll be confident with headhunting and direct sourcing, comfortable approaching candidates who aren’t actively looking, and motivated by building relationships and delivering results. You’ll be commercial, proactive, resilient, and ambitious, with the confidence to take ownership in a high-performance environment.
