Arden White Aviation & Aerospace Recruitment

Arden White Aviation & Aerospace Recruitment is currently supporting a leading aerospace and defence organisation in the recruitment of a Temporary In-House Recruiter.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent across the organisation.

The successful candidate will play a key role in building effective candidate pipelines, providing recruitment advice to hiring managers and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

The Role

As In-House Recruiter, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from taking an initial vacancy brief through to candidate selection, offer and pre-employment onboarding.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full end-to-end recruitment process, from vacancy briefing and advertising through to offer, pre-employment checks and induction.
  • Developing and maintaining candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks and targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Proactively identifying and engaging suitable candidates for specialist and technical positions.
  • Conducting initial screening and telephone/video interviews to assess candidate suitability, experience and cultural fit.
  • Coordinating and attending interview panels, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads and senior stakeholders.
  • Leading recruitment intake meetings to understand requirements and develop clear candidate profiles.
  • Advising hiring managers on effective interviewing, candidate assessment and inclusive recruitment practices.
  • Providing regular recruitment updates, metrics and market intelligence to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Managing recruitment activity and candidate progression through the organisation's recruitment systems.
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment records and ensuring compliance with internal processes, governance and GDPR requirements.
  • Working closely with the wider HR team to ensure a seamless transition from recruitment through to onboarding and contract generation.
  • Providing occasional on-site recruitment support at RAF Shawbury, typically 1–2 days per month.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
