We're looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our central recruitment team in Fareham. If you enjoy owning vacancies from initial briefing through to offer, proactively engaging talent and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, we'd love to hear from you.
The Opportunity
You'll deliver proactive, high-quality recruitment across a portfolio of TC Group Partner Firms, focusing on experienced hires. Working closely with Partners and hiring managers, you'll shape effective recruitment plans, manage campaigns from start to finish and identify talented professionals who can support our continued growth.
This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to build specialist networks, develop sustainable talent pipelines and influence how recruitment is delivered across a growing national Group.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing experienced hire vacancies from briefing to offer.
- Partnering with hiring managers to deliver recruitment plans.
- Writing job descriptions and adverts.
- Managing vacancies across our ATS and attraction channels.
- Proactively sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines.
- Screening applications, interviewing candidates and producing shortlists.
- Coordinating interviews and supporting offer discussions.
- Providing recruitment market insight to stakeholders.
- Maintaining ATS records and supporting reporting.
- Delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
- Previous end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally gained within an in-house team.
- A strong track record of sourcing and engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking and direct approaches.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders, providing recruitment advice and influencing hiring decisions.
- Experience screening, interviewing and assessing candidates against agreed requirements.
- Experience of recruitment systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and online attraction methods.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.
- Experience recruiting within professional services or accountancy disciplines would be advantageous.
