Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:30
Location: Fleet, Hampshire
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days a week on site
We're now looking for an Internal Recruiter to join us and take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse range of roles and business functions. Working closely with hiring managers, you'll attract, engage and hire top talent through a proactive, data-driven approach, helping to shape our workforce while delivering an exceptional candidate experience from attraction through to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process across the CV-Library Group, advising hiring managers on requirements, salary expectations, timelines and the current candidate market
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and agree recruitment strategies, particularly for hard to fill and specialist roles using data and market insight to identify trends, improve hiring activity and support better recruitment decisions
- Source, screen and assess candidates across a variety of business functions
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future recruitment requirements
- Proactively source candidates using CV-Library, LinkedIn, employee referrals, talent pools, networking and other direct sourcing methods to attract high-quality talent
- Coordinate interviews, assessments and candidate communications, maintaining accurate recruitment data, reporting and ATS records
- Manage offer processes, negotiations and onboarding handovers and day-1 inductions
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey
- Identify candidates who have the right skills, experience and alignment with CV-Library's values
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external suppliers
- Support employer brand and talent attraction activity to help increase awareness of the CV-Library Group as an employer, including promotion and administration of the employee referral programme
- Monitor and report upon recruitment activity and key metrics, including time to hire, source of hire, offer acceptance and agency spend
- Work closely with HR and hiring managers to support workforce planning and upcoming recruitment requirements
- Ensure all recruitment practices are fair, compliant and meet company policies and employment legislation

Skills & Experience:
- Previous recruitment experience gained within an internal acquisition team or recruitment agency environment
- Proven experience managing multiple vacancies and delivering successful hires across a range of disciplines and seniority levels
- Strong candidate sourcing skills, including the use of job boards, LinkedIn, talent pools, referrals and networking techniques
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide recruitment advice
- Experience recruiting for hard-to-fill or specialist roles using proactive sourcing and headhunting techniques
- Good understanding of the recruitment market, including salary expectations, candidate availability and sourcing trends
- Experience using recruitment data and reporting to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Experience conducting candidate screenings and assessing suitability against role requirements
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and other stakeholders
- Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
- Experience using Application Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM systems or other recruitment technologies
