  • Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of Head Office and specialist roles
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their teams, challenges and hiring needs
  • Proactively sourcing and engaging talent, particularly within more challenging candidate markets
  • Managing multiple vacancies at different levels and across different functions
  • Delivering a brilliant candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Using a range of sourcing methods to identify both active and passive talent
  • Bringing ideas to the table around attraction, sourcing and how to reach the best people in the market

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we're looking for:

  • You'll ideally have previous experience working within an in-house recruitment or Talent Acquisition team and be comfortable managing a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • You'll be proactive, organised and confident working directly with hiring managers, with strong direct sourcing experience and the ability to get up to speed quickly.
  • Retail or consumer experience would be beneficial, but isn't essential. More importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys being part of a team, can build relationships quickly and is happy to get stuck in from day one.
