Internal Recruiter | 6 Month FTC | Hybrid Working | Immediate Start
Zachary Daniels are partnering with a well-known retail business to recruit an experienced Internal Recruiter for an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is a great opportunity to join a busy, collaborative in-house Talent team, supporting recruitment across a broad range of Head Office functions including Finance, HR and specialist operational teams.
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, quickly build relationships with hiring managers and take real ownership of their vacancies from brief through to offer.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of Head Office and specialist roles
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their teams, challenges and hiring needs
- Proactively sourcing and engaging talent, particularly within more challenging candidate markets
- Managing multiple vacancies at different levels and across different functions
- Delivering a brilliant candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Using a range of sourcing methods to identify both active and passive talent
- Bringing ideas to the table around attraction, sourcing and how to reach the best people in the market

What we're looking for:
- You'll ideally have previous experience working within an in-house recruitment or Talent Acquisition team and be comfortable managing a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
- You'll be proactive, organised and confident working directly with hiring managers, with strong direct sourcing experience and the ability to get up to speed quickly.
- Retail or consumer experience would be beneficial, but isn't essential. More importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys being part of a team, can build relationships quickly and is happy to get stuck in from day one.
