Internal Recruiter | Hospitality | 3 Month FTC | Immediate Start
Zachary Daniels are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join a fast-paced hospitality business on an initial 3 month fixed term contract. (with the potential to turn perm)
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced recruiter who can hit the ground running, working closely with operational teams to support recruitment across a busy, people-led hospitality environment.
The Role as an Internal Recruiter:
As Internal Recruiter, you will partner closely with hiring managers across the business, taking ownership of vacancies and ensuring a positive and efficient recruitment process from start to finish.

- You will proactively source and engage great talent
- Build strong candidate pipelines
- Work closely with the wider business to understand current and upcoming recruitment needs
You will be a real ambassador for the brand, ensuring candidates have a brilliant experience throughout the process, whilst keeping pace with the demands of a fast-moving hospitality business.
The Candidate Will Have/Be:
- A proven recruitment background, either in-house or not, ideally with experience recruiting within hospitality, leisure, retail or another fast-paced consumer-led environment.
- Confidence managing multiple vacancies at once
- Proactive in your approach to sourcing
- Comfortable building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- A real people person, organised, hands-on and able to come in and make an impact quickly
