Your new role

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approval through to offer and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
  • Advertise vacancies across a range of channels, including LinkedIn and online job boards.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for a variety of business-critical roles.
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Coordinate interviews, maintain recruitment records, and ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
  • Produce recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous recruitment experience, ideally within an in-house recruitment or talent acquisition function.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of HR processes and recruitment best practice.
  • Experience within the construction, property, or infrastructure sectors would be advantageous.
