Your new role
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approval through to offer and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
- Advertise vacancies across a range of channels, including LinkedIn and online job boards.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for a variety of business-critical roles.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Coordinate interviews, maintain recruitment records, and ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
- Produce recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.

What you'll need to succeed
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally within an in-house recruitment or talent acquisition function.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of HR processes and recruitment best practice.
- Experience within the construction, property, or infrastructure sectors would be advantageous.
