Internal Talent Acquisition Partner

London | 4 Days on-site, 1 day WFH | £40,000–£45,000 + Uncapped Commission

The Opportunity

Are you a high-performing 360 Recruitment Consultant or Rec2Rec professional looking to take your career in-house without losing the pace, ambition and commercial focus of agency recruitment?

This is a rare opportunity to join a scaling, global recruitment business and play a key role in building an industry-leading Talent Acquisition function.

With a clear vision for Talent Acquisition and a minimum of 30 hires forecast in the next 12 months across entry-level, experienced, leadership, sales and non-sales positions, this is a role where you can make a genuine impact, bring fresh ideas and help shape how the business attracts, engages and hires talent globally.

This is not an easy option or a step away from high performance. The business is looking for someone who is commercially minded, sales-focused and driven by results, with the ambition to bring their recruitment expertise in-house and build something exceptional.

You'll have the opportunity to combine your candidate attraction and headhunting skills with greater ownership, direct access to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence the future of Talent Acquisition.

Why Join?

  • Build something meaningful: Play a key role in developing and shaping a growing Talent Acquisition function.
  • Commercial opportunity: Uncapped commission based on placements, rewarding performance and results.
  • Variety and exposure: Recruit across all levels, from entry-level through to leadership, covering sales and non-sales functions.
  • Influence and autonomy: Bring ideas, challenge existing processes and help shape the future hiring strategy.
  • Senior stakeholder exposure: Work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership across the business.
  • Career progression: Grow alongside the business, with opportunities to develop as the function expands.
  • High-performance culture: Join an ambitious, growth-focused environment where ownership, initiative and results matter.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
