Internal Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Partner | Forward Deployed Recruiter (embedded)
Combining advanced AI technology with exceptional recruitment expertise, our client is developing a new approach to how ambitious technology companies attract, engage and hire exceptional people.
They're looking for experienced Talent Acquisition professionals to embed directly within some of the most exciting technology businesses in Europe, helping them scale their engineering teams while building the recruitment processes, strategies and infrastructure required for long term growth.
This is an opportunity to combine the impact of an internal Talent Acquisition role with the variety, autonomy and challenge of working across some of the world's most innovative technology companies.
The Opportunity
You'll operate as an embedded Talent Acquisition Partner, working directly within client organisations as an extension of their internal recruitment function.
Partnering closely with founders, engineering leaders and senior stakeholders, you'll take ownership of critical hiring requirements while helping companies develop the recruitment capabilities they need to scale successfully.
From emerging AI startups to established technology innovators, you'll become an integral part of the teams you support, understanding their business, technology, culture and growth ambitions.
Your role will extend well beyond delivering hires. You'll assess existing recruitment practices, identify opportunities for improvement and implement the processes, systems and strategies that enable companies to attract and retain exceptional talent.
You'll combine deep technical recruitment expertise, strong stakeholder management and strategic thinking with AI powered technology designed to improve sourcing, engagement and recruitment delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
Embedded Talent Acquisition
Work directly within client businesses, integrating with their internal teams and operating as their dedicated Talent Acquisition partner. Build strong relationships with founders, engineering leaders and hiring managers, becoming a trusted adviser on all aspects of recruitment.

Delivering Technical Hiring
Take ownership of end to end recruitment across software engineering, AI, machine learning, data and other specialist technical disciplines. Develop a deep understanding of each company's hiring requirements and deliver exceptional candidates in highly competitive markets.
Building Recruitment Strategy
Work with leadership teams to understand their growth objectives and translate these into effective hiring plans. Advise on talent availability, market conditions, sourcing strategies, recruitment priorities and workforce planning.
Designing and Improving Recruitment Processes
Evaluate existing recruitment operations and introduce scalable solutions. Develop interview frameworks, candidate assessment processes, recruitment workflows, reporting structures and stakeholder communication strategies that improve hiring efficiency and decision making.
Developing Talent Pipelines
Build relationships with exceptional technical talent, identifying and engaging candidates who may not be actively looking for new opportunities. Create sustainable talent pipelines that support immediate hiring requirements and future business growth.
Using AI to Transform Recruitment
Leverage AI, automation and data to improve candidate sourcing, identification, engagement and recruitment operations. Experiment with emerging technologies and implement solutions that reduce administrative work while improving the quality and effectiveness of hiring.
Creating an Exceptional Candidate Experience
Represent the companies you're embedded within as a genuine member of their team. Communicate their mission, technology and opportunities effectively, ensuring candidates experience a professional, engaging and consistent recruitment process.
Who We're Looking For
We're interested in experienced Talent Acquisition professionals who have worked closely with engineering teams and understand what it takes to hire exceptional technical talent in demanding, high growth environments.
You'll be comfortable operating as an internal recruitment partner, building relationships with senior stakeholders and taking responsibility for both recruitment delivery and the wider hiring strategy.

Experience within an internal Talent Acquisition function, embedded recruitment model or Recruitment Process Outsourcing environment would be particularly relevant.
You'll bring:
- A strong track record of delivering end to end technical recruitment across software engineering, AI, machine learning or related disciplines.
- Experience working as an Internal Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Partner, Embedded Recruiter or within an RPO environment.
- The ability to build trusted relationships with founders, engineering leaders and senior stakeholders.
- Experience developing recruitment strategies, improving hiring processes and introducing scalable recruitment solutions.
- Strong direct sourcing capabilities and the ability to engage highly sought after technical talent.
- An understanding of engineering organisations, technical hiring challenges and competitive talent markets.
- The confidence to operate independently within client environments and take ownership of recruitment outcomes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- An interest in AI, automation and how emerging technology can improve recruitment.
- The adaptability to integrate into different organisations, understand their challenges and deliver meaningful improvements.
