About Müller

Müller is one of the UK's leading dairy businesses, employing over 24,000 people across Europe and operating a network of dairies, depots and logistics sites throughout the UK. We produce a wide range of market-leading dairy products and supply major retailers, wholesalers and foodservice customers nationwide.

As part of our continued focus on attracting great talent, we are looking for a Recruiter to join our People Team supporting Müller Milk & Ingredients.

The Opportunity

As a Recruiter, you will deliver a proactive, high-quality recruitment service across our Southern MMI operations, supporting key functions including Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations and Logistics.

This role will primarily support our Bridgwater and Severnside sites, working closely with hiring managers to manage end-to-end recruitment activity and ensure the business attracts and retains the best talent.

Building strong stakeholder relationships is a key part of the role and, as such, regular travel between Bridgwater and Severnside will be required.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, managing multiple vacancies and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
