Recruitment Coordinator
Salary: £26,500 per annum
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Cosby, Leicester (Office-Based)

What Will Your Day Look Like?
You'll be at the centre of our recruitment activity, supporting managers and candidates throughout the entire recruitment journey. From speaking with applicants and arranging interviews to supporting onboarding and ensuring compliance, you'll play a key role in helping our homes attract and retain great talent.

You'll Be Responsible For:
- Managing multiple vacancies across our care homes and support services.
- Speaking with candidates and conducting telephone screenings.
- Coordinating interviews and maintaining regular communication with applicants.
- Writing engaging job adverts and posting vacancies across recruitment platforms.
- Building strong relationships with Home Managers and operational teams.
- Supporting pre-employment checks including references, DBS checks, right-to-work documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Keeping recruitment systems and candidate records accurate and up to date.
- Proactively searching for candidates through job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Delivering an excellent candidate experience from application through to offer.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is confident, organised, personable, and enjoys working in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly. You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with people, has excellent attention to detail, and can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience working within a recruitment agency or a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence speaking with candidates, managers, and stakeholders at all levels.
- The ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.
- The ability to work independently whilst being a strong team player.

Desirable Experience:
- Recruitment experience within healthcare, social care, hospitality, or other high-volume sectors.
- Knowledge of DBS, right-to-work checks, and recruitment compliance.
- Experience using social media and job boards to attract candidates.
- Familiarity with sponsorship or UKVI processes.
