Role Description The Internal Sales role at Kew Electrical is a full-time, on-site position based at the Lymington branch. The Internal Sales team member will handle incoming sales enquiries, provide product information, prepare quotations, and process orders accurately using the company’s systems.

Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with trade and retail customers
- Responding to queries
- Proactively identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell electrical products and solutions
- Coordinating with colleagues and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery, stock availability, and competitive pricing
- Supporting the branch with general sales administration
- Contributing to meeting sales targets
- Participating in ongoing product and industry training

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, resolve issues, and provide a positive customer experience.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including negotiation, identifying opportunities, and working towards sales targets.
- Experience or interest in Training and ongoing learning, particularly around products and industry knowledge.
- Basic Sales Management or sales support skills, such as managing pipelines, follow-ups, and recording sales activities.
- Comfort using computer systems for order processing, quotations, and email communication.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and tasks effectively.
- Experience in electrical wholesale, trade counter, or related industry is an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a branch environment and contribute to a supportive team culture.
