We’re excited to offer a brilliant opportunity for an Internal Sales person to make a real impact based at our branch in Kent.
About the Internal Sales role:
- You’ll be undertaking tasks such as responding to incoming enquiries, responding to customer queries and processing orders.
- Expect to be on the phone as well as being the face of our trade counter, providing expert knowledge and assistance to any walk-in customers.
- You’ll proactively follow up on outstanding customer enquiries, prepare accurate quotations, and look for opportunities to upsell and add value.

What we’re looking for in our Internal Sales person:
- Knowledge of MRO/Engineering products is ideal, but full training will be provided
- Prior internal sales experience or experience within a customer service / administrative environment.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated, with strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Face to face interview either in-person or Microsoft Teams
