Internal Sales Representative
Up to £30,000
Leicestershire
Permanent, Full-Time
Our client is seeking an ambitious and motivated Internal Sales Executive to join their sales team in Leicestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous sales, telesales, or customer service experience who is looking to develop their career within a successful B2B environment.
Working closely with the external sales team, you will play an important role in identifying new opportunities and developing existing customer relationships.
The Role
- Identifying and developing new sales opportunities to generate additional revenue.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
- Supporting the external sales team with lead generation, customer enquiries, and follow-up activity.
- Actively promoting current products, services, and marketing campaigns to new and existing customers.
- Following up warm leads and enquiries through to a successful outcome.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the internal CRM system.
- Supporting the sales team with general administration and sales-related activity when required.

Ideally, you will have:

- Previous experience within an internal sales, telesales, sales support, or customer service environment.
- A confident and professional telephone manner.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good organisation skills and the ability to manage and follow up multiple leads effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when maintaining CRM records and customer information.
