We’re growing, and we’re looking for an Internal Sales Account Manager to join our team in Aberdeen. To apply, send your CV and covering letter to Lee Stuart at lee.stuart@wellheads.co.uk

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and support the achievement of sales targets through proactive account management and consultative selling.

Reporting to: Sales Manager / Commercial Manager
Location: Office-based / Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive salary plus commission/bonus and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Proactively contact customers to identify sales opportunities and generate revenue growth.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and pricing information.
  • Follow up on leads, enquiries, and quotations to maximize conversion rates.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

  • GCSEs/A-Levels or equivalent qualification. Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
