Account Manager
Location: Irlam | Salary: £27,000 + bonus | Full-time, office-based
We're seeking a customer-focused Inbound Sales Account Manager to manage inbound enquiries, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth. This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys delivering excellent service, identifying opportunities, and achieving results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound enquiries and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow up opportunities to maximise conversions.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs while delivering exceptional customer service.

About You
- Experience in inbound sales, account management, or customer service.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Consultative sales approach with excellent attention to detail.
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
