Are you commercially driven, highly organized, and passionate about building strong customer relationships? Do you enjoy working in an international environment where no two projects are the same? Then you might be the person we’re looking for.
As our new Internal Account Manager for the UK market, you will become part of a dynamic commercial team and play a key role in guiding customers from first contact to final project delivery.
Your responsibilities
- Managing and following up customer inquiries from the initial project discussion to final delivery.
- Come up with the most adequate solution for the customer, in collaboration with our technical designers.
- Closely follow-up with the customer to convert the quote into an order.
- Building strong relationships with potential customers.
- Informing customers about the Aluvision product range.
- Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Providing commercial-technical advice to customers.
- Ensuring accurate administration and strong deadline management.
- Working closely with the UK Sales Managers to identify and develop new leads.
- Guiding showroom visits with customers.

Your profile
- You hold at least a bachelor’s degree in business, or a commercial field.
- You have a strong commercial drive and are customer-oriented.
- You have excellent communication skills and a winner mentality.
- You are confident taking ownership and acting as a trusted partner between customers and colleagues.
- You are not afraid to pick up the phone and love introducing people to the company and products.
- You naturally build long-term customer relationships.
- You are collaborative, have good interpersonal skills, and love working in a team.
- You have a technical mindset and enjoy advising customers.
- You are enthusiastic, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- You thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
